Director of Operations
Tammy Gaschler is the Director of Operations at Aspire Hearing Solutions and has been a key member of the Aspire leadership team since 2021. She brings decades of healthcare experience to the practice, with a background as a Registered Nurse and healthcare administrator.
Tammy holds her Registered Nurse (RN) credential and a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA). Prior to joining Aspire Hearing Solutions, she spent over 25 years in case management and nursing at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, where she developed extensive experience in patient advocacy, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership.
In her role at Aspire, Tammy is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and creating systems that allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. She takes pride in supporting a positive, efficient practice environment and ensuring patients receive a seamless, high-quality experience at every point of care.
What Tammy enjoys most about working at Aspire Hearing Solutions is being part of a mission-driven organization that treats patients like family while fostering growth and collaboration among the team. She values contributing to a practice that prioritizes integrity, compassion, and long-term patient relationships.
Outside of work, Tammy is married and has two children, including Aspire founder Dr. Kayla Wilkins. She enjoys life on her farm, where she cares for cows, horses, and a donkey, along with two dogs. In her free time, Tammy loves spending time with her husband and grandchildren, attending live music events, and embracing new adventures.
